On-Site Fuel Tank Rentals
Diesel tanks from 243 to 1,862 gallons for job sites, generators and fleets. Delivered, filled and picked up by our own trucks.
Diesel tank rentals, delivered and filled
We rent Western Global TransCube and FuelCube diesel tanks from 243 to 1,862 gallons for job sites, backup generators and fleets. Our team drops the tank where you need it, our trucks fill it, and we pick it up when the project is done.
Because we own our tanks and our trucks and we’re not a broker, we control the timing: no waiting between the tank drop-off and the first fill. Every tank comes with a 12-volt transfer pump, and you can buy the same tanks if you’d rather own one. Call 610-494-4874 or request a quote.
Fuel tank sizes for rent or purchase
Gallons are brim-fill capacity from Western Global’s spec sheets. Usable (safe-fill) capacity is about 95% of that.
Searching by size? A 250-gallon fuel tank rental is the TransCube 10TCG or FuelCube FCP250. For 500 gallons, it’s the TransCube 20TCG (552) or FuelCube FCP500. A 775-gallon rental is the TransCube 30TCG (787). For 1,000 gallons, it’s the TransCube 40TCG or FuelCube FCP1000, and for 1,200 gallons, the TransCube 50TCG (1,204). The FuelCube FCP1800 holds 1,862 gallons.
How tank rental works
- Tell us about the jobThe site address, what you’re fueling, roughly how much diesel you burn a day and how long you need the tank.
- Get a size and a quoteWe recommend a tank and send a quote. Call 610-494-4874 or email info@fueloilnow.com.
- We drop it and fill itOur team sets the tank and our trucks fill it, so there’s no wait between drop-off and the first fill.
- We keep it fullScheduled refills, or a SMART Tank that reports its level so we refill before you run low.
- We pick it upWhen the project is done, we collect the tank.
TransCube or FuelCube: which do you need?
Both are double-walled steel tanks with 110% built-in containment, listed to UL 142, with a lockable cabinet for the pump and fittings. Western Global says the built-in containment removes the need for a separate spill pan. The difference is whether the tank moves with the job.
Approved to be lifted and moved full of fuel (US DOT and UN-IBC approvals), with crane lift points, four-way forklift pockets and internal baffles. It stacks two high when full and can feed up to three pieces of diesel equipment at once. Best for job sites that change, generator backup and remote equipment.
A stationary tank (UL 142) with four-way forklift pockets for moving it when empty. Best for a yard, shop or fleet lot where trucks and equipment come to the fuel.
Who we help

How big a fuel tank do you need?
Example: two machines that each burn about 5 gallons an hour, running 8 hours a day, use about 80 gallons a day. A 552-gallon TransCube 20TCG holds about 525 usable gallons, which covers six days between fills. Not sure of your burn rate? Tell us the equipment and we’ll help you size the tank.
Keep it full: SMART Tank monitoring
Prefer a set schedule? We can fill daily, weekly or monthly. See fuel management solutions.
Keeping a tank on site this winter? Read when diesel gels for a cold-snap checklist.

What we fill them with
We fill rental tanks with off-road dyed diesel for equipment and generators, on-road clear diesel for highway vehicles, or biodiesel blends. The same trucks can bring DEF and gasoline, so one call covers the job.
