Commercial fuel delivery FAQs

What is commercial fuel delivery?

A fuel supplier brings fuel in bulk straight to a business, into its tanks, equipment, generators or vehicles, so crews don’t stop work to fuel up at a station. We deliver off-road and on-road diesel, gasoline, DEF, biodiesel and heating fuel to businesses in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey and Maryland.

What kinds of tanks and equipment can you fill?

Above-ground and underground fuel tanks, skid tanks, generators, heavy equipment and fleet vehicles. No tank on site? We rent diesel tanks from 243 to 1,862 gallons.

Can you fuel our fleet vehicles on site?

Yes. Our trucks fill fleet vehicles and equipment at your site, one time or on a recurring schedule. Trucks that drive on public roads get clear on-road diesel; off-road equipment gets red-dyed off-road diesel.

Do you handle small bulk orders?

Yes. We take on large and small bulk fueling jobs. Tell us the fuel and roughly how many gallons, and we’ll quote it.

Do you deliver commercial fuel in Delaware?

Yes. We deliver to businesses in New Castle and Kent counties, including Wilmington. Call our Delaware line at 302-798-0271.

Can you be a diverse or second-tier supplier on our contract?

Yes. We’re WBENC certified as a women’s business enterprise, a Pennsylvania Small Diverse Business and a PA COSTARS member. We supply fuel directly or as a second-tier subcontractor to help contractors meet diverse-spend goals.

How do I set up commercial fuel delivery?

Call 610-494-4874 (Pennsylvania) or 302-798-0271 (Delaware), email info@fueloilnow.com or send a quote request. Tell us the fuel type, roughly how many gallons, your site address and how often you’ll need fuel.
